How long are sessions?
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Longer or shorter sessions can be arranged based on your needs and goals.
How often will we meet?
Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions depending on what feels most supportive. We can adjust the frequency as you make progress or as your needs change.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! I offer online telehealth sessions for clients located in Texas. This allows you to meet from the comfort of your own space, making therapy more accessible and flexible.

What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for a 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
